Terms of payment and delivery 1. Orders are forwarded on a first come first served basis 2. Prices do not include package, shipping costs and VAT. Prices are subjected to changes. 3. Delivery from warehouse at customer’s risk. Shipping via UPS, post office or special transport at customer’s cost. An invoice is due without any deductions within 30 days. First time shipments on a cash on delivery or cash in advance basis. 4. The merchandise is shipped at the customer’s own risk and costs. Complaints are only taken into account if they arrive within the first five days after receiving the consignment. Further liabilities cannot be granted. 5. The merchandise remains property of Imhof Brothers until it is fully paid by the customer. 7. Place of jurisdiction for seller and buyer is Olten, Switzerland. With any kind of order (letter, fax, e-mail, phone) the customer automatically accepts the above terms and conditions.
